Often, what holds us back is connected to experiences, beliefs, and hidden dynamics within ourselves and our family systems that we may not yet fully understand.
My work is about bringing these unseen layers into awareness, creating space for new perspectives, meaningful shifts, and a deeper connection to what feels true.
From this place, we can begin to move forward with greater clarity, making choices and creating a life that more authentically reflects who we are.
Hi, I’m Masha
I'm a creative professional, facilitator, and lifelong explorer of what makes us human.
For over 20 years, I've worked at the intersection of design, storytelling, and meaningful experiences, collaborating with creative agencies, nonprofits, and cultural organizations, including the High Line in New York City.
Alongside my creative career, a deeply personal journey led me into the healing arts, where I discovered new ways of working with people, relationships, and the patterns that shape our lives.
Today, my work spans creative collaboration, individual healing sessions, and community experiences. While these may take different forms, they're connected by a shared curiosity about people, possibility, and meaningful change.

I offer a unique blend of trauma-informed somatic healing, Family Constellations, integrative coaching, and astrological guidance, supporting deep inner exploration through individual sessions, ceremonies, workshops, and community gatherings.
This work isn't about fixing you, because you're not broken. It's about going beneath the surface to explore the deeper layers of what's shaping your life, including patterns, experiences, and hidden dynamics within yourself and your family system. Through deep listening, embodied awareness, and connection to your own inner wisdom, we begin to see these patterns more clearly, creating space for meaningful change and new possibilities.

One of my passions is bringing people together and holding space, both in person and online. Many of the in-person events are located in the New York Hudson Valley. Occasionally, there are online events as well.

An immersive gathering weaving together ceremonial cacao, Family Constellations, and community. These workshops offer an opportunity to explore personal and ancestral patterns, deepen self-awareness, and experience the power of healing in community.
