About Masha Zolotarsky:

Masha is an Embodiment Coach & Soul Guide residing in Catskill, NY. She is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Focalizing Practitioner, Keith’s Cacao Practitioner, 200-hr Certified Yogi, IFS-informed and a Shamanic practitioner. Following her own experience of total transformation and re-alignment that began in 2018, she now guides adventurous souls to step into their power and discover their most vibrant authentic selves to create a life of freedom and joy. She creatively incorporates a variety of healing modalities such as shamanism, embodiment, Internal Family Systems (IFS), energy work, ceremonial cacao, Human Design, Gene Keys & astrology — to design a unique roadmap for a more intentional lifestyle.

She works with clients one-on-one as well as facilitates group work.
