Join us for a transformative Winter Solstice Cacao and Sound Ceremony, where we honor the longest night and the return of the light. Through the sacred medicine of cacao, we will open our hearts, setting intentions for the new cycle ahead. Accompanied by the healing vibrations of sound we will journey deep into reflection and receiving. This ceremony invites you to reconnect with your spirit, embrace stillness, and celebrate the quiet power of renewal during this potent time of year.
We will join in a circle, tune into the energies of this time, share cacao, immerse in a sound journey and come back to a sharing circle to have an opportunity to share your experience.
Important info for Cacao:
For the best experience, fast 2-3 hours prior to the ceremony. We recommend avoiding caffeine (can be overstimulating) & dairy up to 6 hours before and after.
If you are on any MAOI-based or SSRI-based anti-depressants, have any heart conditions or if you're pregnant/breastfeeding please let us know by emailing masha@freemasha.com.
Listen to your body. For low blood sugar eat whole foods or bring a snack.
What to bring to the circle:
— An intention for the full moon
— For the altar: bring a sacred object (you will take it back with you) or an offering (ex: flower, fruit, tobacco)
— Journal and a pen
— Water bottle
— Wear comfy clothing
Please note: Each cacao serving is made with 42 grams of Keith's Cacao, cinnamon, cayenne, coconut oil, and agave. We make a tea base usually with Rose and sometimes put in other herbs such i.e. Lavender, Blue Lotus, Motherwort which are usually inspired by astrological energies of the time.
